Job summary
A prominent healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a dedicated professional to support their Environmental, Health & Safety team. The role involves conducting safety audits, leading drills, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Candidates should have a relevant degree and at least 3 years of experience in EHS, along with SCDF certification. This position offers opportunities to enhance safety operations and contribute to a safer environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Environment, Health & Safety.
- SCDF Certified Senior Fire Safety Manager required.
- Ability to analyze safety data and provide recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Support facilities management team in EHS and Fire Safety operations.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and drills.
- Investigate incidents and prepare comprehensive reports.
Skills
Education
You will support the facilities management team in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and Fire Safety operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Your responsibilities will include conducting safety audits, inspections, and drills, as well as coordinating licensing processes, ensuring compliance with hazardous substance regulations, and participating in permit-to-work procedures. Additionally, you will investigate incidents and prepare comprehensive reports detailing corrective and preventive measures.
- Degree in Facilities Management / Electrical / Power / Mechanical / Mechatronics / Marine Engineering
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in Environment, Health & Safety
- SCDF Certified Senior Fire Safety Manager
- Proficient in analysing safety data and trends, with the ability to provide practical recommendations
- Able to communicate effectively, establish priorities, and multitask
