Relationship Manager (Corporate Deposit Acquisition)

Source and acquire new corporate customers to grow the Bank’s deposit base

Attend business networking events, and association meetings to identify potential leads and strengthen market presence.

Conduct offsite visits to corporate customers for business discussions, relationship building and account opening.

Relationship Management

Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new corporate clients.

Provide timely support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Achieve individual and team deposit growth targets in line with Bank’s funding objectives.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Account Opening & Onboarding

Facilitate end-to-end corporate account opening processes, including documentation, KYC verification, and internal coordination.

Conduct site visits for client verification where required.

Internet Banking Acquisition & Digital Engagement

Drive device sign-ups and active usage among corporate clients.

Educate clients on digital transaction capabilities, security features, and benefits of online banking.

Collaborate with Digital Banking and ISD teams to resolve onboarding issues and enhance customer experience.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Work closely with all Customer Centres to structure deposit solutions.

Support marketing campaigns and product launches targeted at corporate clients.

Reporting & Analysis

Prepare regular reports on acquisition performance and pipeline status.

Provide feedback on competitor activities, and customer requirements to support business strategy.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
