A luxury jewellery retailer in Singapore is seeking a Sales Consultant to provide exceptional shopping experiences and drive sales. The ideal candidate has a passion for luxury products, excellent communication skills, and flexibility to work retail hours. Responsibilities include serving customers, maintaining store presentation, and conducting inventory counts.
Prospect and serve walk-in customers, delivering exceptional shopping experiences through personalized jewellery consultations.
Drive sales to achieve store targets and contribute to business growth.
Master product knowledge (craftsmanship, materials, styling) to articulate brand value effectively.
Maintain store presentation: Ensure impeccable visual merchandising, product displays, and facility safety aligned with promotions.
Conduct daily inventory counts and secure stock during shift handovers.
Gather customer insights and competitor intelligence to propose improvements.
Adhere to company policies and collaborate with the team to optimize operations.
GCE 'N' Level or equivalent; retail/jewellery experience is a strong advantage.
Passion for luxury products with a keen sense of style and customer-centric mindset.
Excellent communication skills in English (multilingual abilities preferred) to serve diverse clientele.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and resilient in a high-performance environment.
Meticulous, proactive team player with strong compliance awareness.
Flexibility to commit to retail hours (including weekends/holidays)
