About the Lark APAC Marketing Team

Our APAC (ex-China, ex-Japan) Marketing Team is powerhouse of creativity, strategy, and innovation. Dedicated to elevating Lark’s brand, we craft compelling campaigns and drive meaningful engagement across the region. From executing high‑impact digital marketing initiatives to hosting standout events, we partner closely with sales, partnerships, and growth teams to generate demand and bring Lark’s unique value to life.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Lead – APAC to shape and execute our growth strategy in key markets. This strategic & high‑impact role focuses on key account marketing (ABM) and building Lark’s brand equity with senior decision makers across tech‑centric and frontline‑intensive businesses (e.g., retail, large‑scale F&B). You’ll lead a small but powerful team of 4–5 marketers, partner closely with Sales and Solutions Engineering, and drive integrated marketing programs that penetrate named accounts, accelerate deals, and position Lark as a trusted advisor in digital transformation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead & inspire: Manage, mentor, and grow a high‑performing regional team; set clear OKRs and drive accountability for pipeline and brand impact.
  • Drive account‑based growth: Design and execute ABM programs for priority accounts; align with Sales to ensure measurable contribution to pipeline and revenue.
  • Build brand & thought leadership: Deliver executive‑level events, roundtables, and content that elevate Lark’s credibility in target industries; partner with PR/Comms to amplify our voice across the region.
  • Optimize with data: Define and track marketing metrics, continuously test and refine programs, and deliver data‑driven insights to senior leadership.
  • Scale what works: Build repeatable playbooks and expand into new industries and markets as we grow.
Qualifications
  • 8–12 years in B2B SaaS marketing, including 3+ years in enterprise/ABM or key account marketing.
  • Strategic & hands‑on: Comfortable shaping strategy while diving deep into execution and metrics.
  • APAC market expertise: Strong understanding of regional customer behavior, industry trends, and go‑to‑market channels.
