Job summary
A pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Singapore is seeking a Business Development & Marketing Director to drive revenue growth and strategic partnerships in the GMP manufacturing sector. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the regulated environments and have at least 8-10 years of B2B sales experience, particularly within pharmaceuticals or health supplements. This role requires excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic skills, along with a collaborative approach to working across functions. Proficiency in English is required, with Mandarin as an advantage.
Qualifications
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proven track record in B2B sales and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of GMP environments and regulatory considerations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to grow GMP manufacturing.
- Identify and secure new B2B clients and manage relationships with existing key accounts.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and project execution.

Education
The Business Development & Marketing Director will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding key accounts, and developing strategic partnerships for our GMP manufacturing business. This role requires a strong understanding of regulated manufacturing environments, B2B sales, and market development within the healthcare, wellness, or pharmaceutical-related industries.
- Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to grow GMP manufacturing and OEM/ODM services
- Identify, approach, and secure new B2B clients, including brand owners, distributors, clinics, and corporate partners
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing key accounts to ensure long-term cooperation
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms in coordination with internal teams
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to ensure feasible and compliant project execution
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making
- Represent the company in business meetings, industry events, and relevant trade exhibitions
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in GMP manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, health supplements, or related regulated industries
- Proven track record in B2B sales, key account management, and revenue growth
- Strong understanding of GMP environments, regulatory considerations, and manufacturing workflows
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strategic mindset with hands‑on execution ability
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions
- Proficiency in English; Mandarin is an advantage due to regional client base
