Responsibilities

• Prepare sales pitch and present proposals customized to individual customer requirements.
• Submit weekly sales report to Services Sales Manager on the renewal listing.
• Resolve existing maintenance contract customer issues.
• Manage and maintain healthy client relationships with key accounts.
• Follow up on billings and payments with Project Lead and Finance.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare Sales pitch and present proposal customized to individual customer requirements for both renewal and new services business
• Submit weekly Sales report to Services Sales Manager on the renewal listing
• Resolve existing maintenance contract customers’ issues when escalated from internal stakeholders to maintain trust between customer and the company
• Manage and maintain healthy client relationships with existing key accounts
• Work closely with Project Lead and Finance to follow up on billings and payments
