Senior Sales Manager – Public Sector & IT Services

Location: Singapore

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead strategic sales efforts across public sector accounts. This role requires a strong background in IT services, a proven track record of deal closures, and the ability to drive solution-based selling in a complex government environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Maintain a robust and well-managed sales pipeline
  • Build and strengthen relationships with government clients and key decision-makers
  • Understand and analyze market trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales goals with delivery and operations
  • Drive innovation in the sales process by improving workflows and adopting new tools
  • Lead complex sales negotiations and manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 15 to 20 years of sales experience, preferably in IT services
  • Proven experience in selling to public sector accounts
  • Strong track record in selling platforms such as ServiceNow, Outsystems, Microsoft (Salesforce or Pega experience is a plus)
  • Excellent skills in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and market analysis
  • Ability to identify and qualify winning strategies for clients
  • Self-starter with a hunter mindset focused on acquiring new clients and growing existing accounts
