Job summary
A manufacturing company in Woodlands is seeking a Sales Manager to lead a sales team and drive initiatives. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the printing and packaging industry, along with a Class 3 driving license. This permanent position offers a basic salary of up to $4500 plus performance bonuses and works Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:15 PM.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in the printing and packaging industry.
- Familiarity with printing processes is a plus.
- Class 3 driving license and own vehicle required.
Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team, set objectives, and drive initiatives.
- Craft and execute strategies to secure key accounts.
- Build and nurture customer relationships, manage complaints and queries.
- Enhance customer satisfaction and unlock sales opportunities.
- Keep abreast of market trends and competitor actions.
