We are looking for candidates who can build The Garcha Group brand digitally across all platforms, leading to measurable direct revenue for hotel rooms and F&B outlets.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Be a brand guardian for The Garcha Group, setting the tone and look & feel of all communications.
- Create and execute a social media calendar for daily content on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
- Create and execute EDM schedules.
- Review and respond to all reviews on social media, Marriott, and OTA channels within 24 hours.
- Plan and maintain a yearly schedule of marketing campaigns and events.
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns at the property level for rooms and F&B, enabling targeted marketing.
- Organize photography, videography, and editing for marketing needs.
- Maintain and update content on Marriott and hotel websites to ensure accuracy and branding consistency.
- Create and manage graphic collateral assets across departments and hotels.
- Coordinate PR events with and independently from PR agencies, maintaining relationships and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers through scheduled invitations and hosted events.
- Respond to marketing and influencer opportunities via email within 24 hours.
- Stay updated on online and offline marketing trends and developments.
- Monitor competitors' marketing activities online and offline.
- Identify new online marketing opportunities to enhance brand and hotel awareness periodically.
Position Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a hotel setting.
- Educational background in digital/social marketing, communications, advertising, or related fields with proven activities.
- Understanding of current trends, market attitudes, and company intelligence.
- Skills in photography, graphic design, videography, and editing.
- Proficiency in desktop publishing tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, or equivalent.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Possession of at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Tourism, Hotel Management, or equivalent.
