Job summary
A leading firm in heavy construction equipment in Singapore is seeking a Sales Manager to drive sales growth in target markets. Responsibilities include managing projects, generating leads, and conducting market analysis. The ideal candidate has a diploma/degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration and at least 3 years of relevant sales experience. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, and the ability to communicate in foreign languages is a plus.
Qualifications

Job Description
- Spearhead and manage exciting new projects to in exotic countries
- Penetrate target markets set out by the Management with the aim to establish agents, dealers and/or distributors.
- Identify new sales opportunities and evaluate sales potential for heavy construction equipment.
- Actively work with sales department to achieve group sales target.
- Generate new sales leads through successful execution of marketing strategy.
- Perform market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports to the Management.
- Identify new business opportunities in various industries such as forestry, mining etc.
- Organize and manage special projects.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Business Administration preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant experience preferred
- Performance-driven and a team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate in any foreign language is an advantage (in order to liaise with Multilingual/foreign speaking associates)
