A leading automation solutions company is seeking a motivated individual for a role in customer support for Industrial Automation products. Responsibilities include attending to customer enquiries, collaborating with design and marketing teams, and providing project management support. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Degree in Engineering and possess strong communication skills. Knowledge of AutoCAD and experience in project management is beneficial.
Job Description:
-Attend to customer enquiry on Industrial Automation products
-Work with design team on conceptual design
-Prepare periodical sales report
-Project management support for the entire project cycle
-Work with marketing team to explore new business opportunities
Job Requirement:
-Diploma/Degree in any Engineering discipline
-Positive work attitude, willing to put in extra effort during peak period
-Strong communications skills
-Exposed to Project Management, Industrial Automation and/or Robotic Systems
-Working knowledge of Auto CAD
