Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an experienced salesperson in Freight Forwarding. The ideal candidate will have 7-12 years of experience in the logistics sector, particularly with sales and business development. Key responsibilities include managing P&L, achieving revenue targets, and maintaining extensive customer/vendor relationships in several markets. A bonus system will be applied based on sales performance.

Qualifications

Job description

A good salesperson in Freight Forwarding is needed

Main Responsibilities:

• Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 7-12 years of experience in Logistics & Freight Forwarding industry with exposure to Sales and business development.
• Proven track record of successful P&L management and achieving revenue targets in the USA trade lane.
• Experience in warehouse and dry-up in a big plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Ocean Freight product is a must.
• Excellent in communication and negotiation skills.
• Extended customer and vendor portfolio in other markets(India, Vietnam, Thailand, China etc.)

A bonus system will be applied based on sales performance.
