Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore seeks a qualified construction supervisor to oversee projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and regulations. Responsibilities include inspecting materials, preparing reports, and interpreting drawings. Candidates should hold a recognized degree in engineering and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in residential development. Familiarity with PPVC construction, Autocad, and BIM is advantageous. The role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

  • Registered and valid RTO accredited by the Joint Accreditation Committee of IES or ACES.
  • Possess the Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSSC) certificate.
  • Min. 5 years of working experience in Residential development.
  • Familiar with PPVC Construction.

  • Min. 5 years of working experience in Residential development
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiar with PPVC Construction, Autocad and BIM would be advantage.
  • Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A recognised Degree or Diploma from university/polytechnic in the relevant discipline such as Civil or Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Well-versed in Technical Detailing and Drawing and Construction Technology
