As a Business Development Manager, you'll independently spearhead our agency's growth, strategically expanding our client base and securing significant video production partnerships. With a sophisticated understanding of market trends and a highly proactive approach, you'll identify, cultivate, and close high-value relationships with potential clients, transforming strategic opportunities into impactful cinematic realities. Your acute business acumen and unwavering drive for results will be the engine for converting leads into substantial video projects and sustained revenue.

You are the independent architect of our agency's expansion, meticulously building bridges between our innovative video solutions and the evolving storytelling needs of discerning clients.

What you'll do

  • Autonomously identify and research high-potential business opportunities and target markets for premium video production services.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive, strategic outreach plans to engage and secure new clients, with a focus on independent pipeline management.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations to fully understand client's complex communication objectives and translate them into bespoke video content strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our award-winning creative and production teams to craft and present compelling, tailored video proposals and pitches that secure major projects.
  • Independently negotiate and close new video production deals, consistently achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
  • Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and expanding partnership opportunities.
  • Proactively monitor industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies within the video content space to inform and refine our market approach.
  • Rigorously track, analyze, and report on sales performance, pipeline progression, and market insights, taking full ownership of your contribution to the agency's growth.
