Summary

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our agency's growth, instrumental in expanding our client roster and securing new video production partnerships. With a keen understanding of market dynamics and an engaging approach, you'll identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, transforming opportunities into successful collaborations. Your sharp business acumen will drive the conversion of leads into tangible video projects, turning strategic visions into cinematic reality.

You are the architect of new connections, building bridges between our innovative video solutions and the storytelling needs of prospective clients.

What you'll do

  • Identify and research new business opportunities and target markets for video production.
  • Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to engage potential clients in various industries.
  • Conduct initial consultations to understand client's communication objectives and video content needs.
  • Collaborate with our creative and production teams to tailor compelling video proposals and pitches.
  • Negotiate and close new video production deals, achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends in video content and competitor activities to identify new growth areas
  • Report regularly on sales performance, pipeline status, and market insights within the video production landscape.
