• Oversee full cycle including RFP, RFQ, NPI, and post-sales support.
• Act as main contact for international clients, understand needs, and build strong partnerships.
• Track progress to ensure specifications, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams for smooth execution.
• Lead discussions to resolve challenges and keep projects on schedule.
• Define goals, timelines, budgets, manage risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities for growth and client planning.
• Minimize excess/obsolete stock, negotiate cost-sharing with clients, and optimize inventory processes.

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or equivalent
• Demonstrates strong business and financial insight, with proven ability to manage costs, margins and inventory effectively
• Experience in contract and commercial terms negotiation will have added advantageous
• Possess strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of process improvement will have added advantageous
