A leading fintech company is seeking a business representative in Singapore to connect with Indian partners and manage online lending operations. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as the business representative of the Singapore headquarters to connect with and manage Indian NBFC licensed institutions and core partners;
• Be responsible for the design of business cooperation models for India's online Lending business (including NBFC cooperation, fund providers, channel partners, payment service providers, etc.);
• Coordinate the local Indian business team and supervise the compliance and consistency of their business execution;
• Participate in major business decisions, cooperation negotiations and risk assessments of India's financial business;
• Regularly report to the Singapore headquarters on the business progress, cooperation risks and improvement suggestions of India's business.

Job Requirements

• More than 2 years of business experience in Fintech / Finance / Cross-border Business
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident with deep understanding of Indian culture, working style, and local market practices
• Priority will be given to candidates familiar with India's financial or emerging market business models;
• Priority will be given to candidates with cooperation experience in NBFC, banks, payment or credit platforms;
• Possess strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills;
• Fluent in English, with English as the working language.
