HG Group Pte Ltd is seeking aCreative Marketing Executive to drive engaging brand narratives across digital platforms and marketing channels. The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and multifaceted in their marketing capabilities— with strong writing skills, a keen visual eye, and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with experience or exposure to real estate, construction, architecture, or interior design industries will have an added advantage.
Develop and implement content strategies for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness across B2B and B2C audiences.
Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content planning, scheduling, community management, and reporting.
Direct and plan or create high-quality visual, video, and written content for digital platforms, corporate presentations, and promotional materials.
Plan and execute paid media and performance marketing initiatives to optimise reach and campaign effectiveness.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity to support data-driven strategy development.
with internal teams, external partners, agencies, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to deliver cohesive brand messaging.
Support the design of physical collateral, event setups, and brand touch-points to ensure consistent brand presentation.
Maintain and organise marketing databases to ensure accurate tracking and campaign follow-through (non-sales focused).
Monitor, analyse, and report on content performance to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
5 days working per week, Monday – Friday (10am – 6pm)
$3,500-$4,000 SGD (Depending on experiences and network)
14 - 21 days of leave

More than 3 years of experience is welcomed; relevant employment/role or project experience in marketing, communications, or digital media is preferred.
Strong determination in achieving marketing goals and leads generation.
Positive thinking towards obstacles with the ability to provide solutions to narrow decision making.
Strong command of English with the ability to craft engaging and polished written content.
Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer) and basic marketing analytics.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Photography/videography skills are a plus.
Experience or interest in the luxury, design, real estate, architecture, or construction industries will be advantageous.
Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail, brand consistency, and deadlines.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
Experience in the luxury market will be a bonus.
