Job Description

Nanyang Asia College is seeking a proactive and versatile Sales Manager cum IT Executive to support student recruitment while assisting with basic website, email, and IT-related administrative tasks.

No IT background or technical qualification is required for this role. As long as the candidate has a good understanding of English instructions and is willing to learn, full guidance and step-by-step training will be provided.

This hybrid role is suitable for candidates who are confident in sales and communication, and comfortable following instructions to perform simple digital and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Student Recruitment

  • Handle student enquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, social media, and walk-ins.

  • Conduct course consultations and follow up with prospective students to support enrolment.

  • Assist with enrolment documentation and student onboarding processes.

  • Support recruitment activities for markets such as China, Malaysia, and South East Asia.

  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and enrolments.

  • Support sales targets and recruitment initiatives set by management.

Marketing & Outreach Support

  • Respond to online enquiries from platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Red Note.

  • Assist in executing recruitment campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.

  • Support basic updates to promotional content and materials when required.

IT, Website & Email Support

(No IT Background Required)

  • Perform basic website and email-related tasks by following provided English instructions.

  • Update simple website content such as announcements, course information, and contact details with guidance.

  • Manage daily email operations and assist in coordinating with external IT vendors when necessary.

  • Support basic IT administrative matters (coordination and follow-up only, not technical troubleshooting).

  • Training and clear procedures will be provided for all IT-related tasks.

Administrative & Compliance Support

  • Assist with sales documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.

  • Support Edutrust-related administrative and compliance tasks under guidance.

  • Perform ad-hoc operational and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.

  • No IT qualification or technical background is required.

  • Experience in sales, customer service, education, or administration is an advantage but not mandatory.

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
