Responsibilities
Business Development & Growth Strategy
- Support the development and execution of business development strategies to drive student enrolment growth, institutional partnerships, and revenue expansion locally in Singapore and across the region (Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, and other ASEAN markets).
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and partnership models in domestic and international education markets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to support strategic planning and regional growth initiatives.
B2B Partnerships & Institutional Development
- Identify and develop B2B partnerships with schools, corporates, training providers, and education-related organizations both locally and overseas.
- Initiate outreach, conduct meetings, and present education programmes, digital learning solutions, and Educational Mobile App offerings to potential partners.
- Support partnership discussions, proposal preparation, and collaboration frameworks, including franchise, licensing, or joint-programme models for overseas partners.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key partners and institutional stakeholders regionally.
- Monitor and evaluate regional partnership performance, market compliance, and growth potential.
B2C Outreach & Enrolment Support
- Support B2C enrolment initiatives in Singapore and overseas markets by engaging prospective students and parents through events, webinars, digital channels, and outreach programmes.
- Assist in programme briefings, education consultations, and follow-ups to support enrolment conversion.
- Collaborate with admissions and academic teams to ensure accurate programme information and smooth enrolment processes.
Educational Mobile App Business Development
- Drive growth initiatives for the Educational Mobile App, targeting both individual learners (B2C) and institutional clients (B2B) across Singapore and ASEAN markets.
- Work with internal teams to promote app features, learning content, and digital solutions to regional partners and students.
- Track and report app-related performance indicators such as partnerships secured, user adoption, engagement, and revenue contribution.
Marketing & Lead Development Support
- Collaborate with marketing teams to support regional lead generation and nurturing activities through digital and offline channels.
- Assist in the development of business proposals, pitch decks, and marketing materials tailored for both local and regional partners.
- Support content and campaign alignment to ensure messaging resonates with education partners, students, and parents in each market.
Events, Outreach & Representation
- Plan, support, and participate in education fairs, open houses, roadshows, webinars, school visits, and corporate briefings in Singapore and overseas.
- Represent the organization professionally at meetings, events, and regional partner engagements.
- Assist in planning and executing outreach initiatives to expand brand presence, partnerships, and student enrolment regionally.
Reporting, Coordination & Compliance
- Track and report on business development activities, including regional partnerships, leads, conversions, enrolments, and revenue outcomes.
- Prepare reports, market insights, and recommendations for management review.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (academic, admissions, operations, finance, product) to ensure effective execution of local and overseas initiatives.
- Ensure all business development activities comply with internal policies, and regional regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Education, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in business development, partnerships, or education-related roles, preferably with regional exposure.
- Prior experience in the education and training sector is strongly preferred.
- Exposure to B2B partnership development and stakeholder management locally and internationally.
- Understanding of student recruitment, enrolment processes, or education services is an advantage.
- Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, partners, students, and parents, including across ASEAN markets.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and cross-cultural interpersonal skills.
- Analytical, proactive, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Experience with CRM systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Willing to travel regionally for partner meetings, events, and enrolment initiatives.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin to liaise effectively with Mandarin-speaking partners, students, and parents.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese, Cambodian, or Bahasa Indonesia is a plus but not required.
