Qualifications

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated ERP Sales Manager to drive sales, manage client relationships, and oversee the full sales cycle of our cloud ERP solutions. The ideal candidate is to have a strong background in ERP solutions, sales management, and customer engagement, with the ability to analyze market trends and execute strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, track, and manage sales pipelines within targeted industries, optimize sales strategies and execution plans.
  • Analyze client requirements and propose suitable Saas ERP solutions, deliver product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, conduct customer needs analysis and provide tailored ERP solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Assist in solution customization and alignment with customer business needs.
  • Develop sales strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans, monitor and evaluate sales performance, making necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and financial guidelines, manage risks associated with ERP sales agreements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitors, share best practices and insights within the team to enhance overall sales effectiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years in ERP sales, preferably in payroll software or enterprise solutions.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and/or SaaS-based solutions.
