  • Maintains effective internal communication on learning needs and program to respective stakeholders.
  • Effective administrative skills in tracking, record keeping, filing all training records.
  • Support hotel audits with essential training records and follow company policy as well as local authority guideline in training related area.
  • Ability to create a learning environment and assisting all other HR related activities and programs.
  • Effective and coordination with external stakeholders.
  • Work with stakeholders and handle organisation’s learning and development needs.
  • Develop organisation’s overall learning plan and conduct learning needs analysis.
  • In charge of annual training budget.
  • Source and handle external partners regarding learning and development matters.
  • Develop and update employee orientation materials.
  • Conduct employee orientation.
  • Monitor employee training calendar and coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Gather post training feedback and monitor effectiveness of training programs.
