Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore seeks an HR Coordinator to manage leave records, assist with payroll processes, and handle employment pass applications. Candidates should have GCE 'O' / 'A' levels or a Diploma in Human Resource Management, preferably with experience in the construction industry. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills are essential. This role operates Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction industries preferred.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain leave/sick leave records.
  • Assist in payroll process.
  • Application and processing of work permits and employment passes.
  • Liaise with MOM and insurance companies.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and medical check-ups.
  • Monitor and delegate duties to drivers.
