Job summary
A legal services firm in Singapore is seeking a Legal Secretary to handle legal paperwork, maintain schedules, and assist with finance matters. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or higher and 3-4 years of legal secretarial experience, preferably in litigation. Proficiency in MS Excel and a team-oriented attitude are essential. This role offers a competitive salary of $4000-$4600 based on experience and a supportive work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of Legal secretarial experience, preferably in Litigation.
- Comfortable with serving a team.
Responsibilities
- Arrange for the delivery of legal paperwork.
- Type correspondence and legal paperwork.
- Maintain scheduling and event calendars.
- Arrange conference calls.
- Assist with conflict clearances and matter openings.
- Make travel arrangements for partners.
- Collect and disburse funds from cash accounts.
- Run WIP reports and chase recover debts.
- Assist in finance matters including billing.
- Prepare Expenses Report.
- Participate in any other ad hoc assignments.

- Collect and disburse funds from cash accounts and keep records of collections and disbursements.
- Running WIP reports and chase and recover debts
- Assist in finance matters, including chasing for debts, checking of correct rates and amending billing narrative
- Preparing Expenses Report
- Participate in any other ad hoc assignments
- Diploma and above
- At least 3 to 4 years of Legal secretarial experience (Litigation experience is a plus)
- Proficient in Ms Excel
- Comfortable with serving a team
Salary Ranges from $4000 -$4600 X 13 (Depending on experience)
