• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and manage work pass applications and renewals.
• Serve as a trusted HR advisor, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employment matters.
• Handle employee relations issues and grievances professionally and effectively.
• Drive initiatives to enhance employee retention and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly manpower and wellness reports.
• Support annual performance appraisals and contribute to HR projects.
• Assist in employee engagement programs, welfare activities, and company events.
