Sales Executive (Brand Management / Central / 5 Days / Hybrid)
Job summary
A well-established brand management company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to manage direct sales responsibilities and ensure compliance with Licensors' policies. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business Management or Marketing, along with 2-3 years of B2B experience. Responsibilities include sales planning, forecasting, and collaboration with marketing for product placement. This position offers a salary of $3000 - $4000 with allowances and a variable bonus in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage direct sales responsibilities by brand, country, or category.
- Perform sales planning and reporting functions.
- Forecast sales and evaluate market opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Licensors' policies and support licensees.
- Collaborate with marketing to manage key retail accounts.
- Ensure timely remittance of License Fees by licensees.

- Direct sales responsibility (by brand, country, or category, depending on company's strategy) inclusive of quarterly targets, due diligence obligations related to thorough knowledge of product and prospective clients.
- Perform all sales planning & reporting functions inclusive of pipeline building, gap analyses.
- Forecasting and re-forecasting as required by company and its clients, market/brand/category reports evaluating sales environment and prospects, projections related to existing or new businesses, evaluation of new opportunities and/or brand extensions.
- Management of clients inclusive of ensuring full compliance on Licensors’ policies, procedures, guidelines and supporting licensees in fulfilling obligations and maximizing performance.
- Retail Visibility for Brands/Licensed Products.
- Work closely with company's marketing team to cultivate and direct key retail accounts on behalf of Licensor and its partners, working closely with all stakeholders to build appropriate retail relationships and secure prominent product placement at retail.
- Support & coordinate among stakeholders to ensure product assortments at retail events.
- Work with Finance team to ensure that licensees remit the License Fee and submit monthly/quarterly royalty report on time.
- Degree in Business Management / Marketing or equivalent and above
- 2 – 3 years related experience in B2B
