Role Overview

This role operates during night shifts to ensure continuous 24/7 trading coverage. You will be responsible for monitoring live trading systems, supporting high-frequency strategies, and coordinating with internal trading and engineering teams to maintain stable and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage live trading systems during night shifts to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
• Execute and oversee automated trading strategies under predefined parameters.
• Provide real-time technical and operational support for trading applications.
• Troubleshoot system or connectivity issues and coordinate escalations with senior traders and engineers.
• Analyze trading performance data and identify areas for process or strategy improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of trading activity and incidents in line with internal protocols.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in trading operations, application support, or production support within a financial or technology environment.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading systems, and operational risk.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments; experience with scripting or programming (Python, Rust, SQL) is advantageous.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across trading and engineering teams.
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Willingness to work night shifts as part of a rotating coverage schedule.
• No trading license or regulatory qualification is required for this role.
