A reputable marine services company is seeking an Accounts Executive based in Loyang, Singapore. This permanent position involves processing invoices, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate billing records. Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on AR experience in the Maritime or Engineering industry.
• Maritime industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore GST requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and billing daily according to procedures.
• Respond to customer invoicing questions and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer and billing records in ERP system.
• Support collections by preparing statements of account.
• Help ensure compliance with Singapore GST requirements for AR.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)

Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes

Able to manage high-volume invoicing efficiently

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
