Job description

We are looking for a meticulous and customer-oriented Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team at the Nissan Service Department in Ubi. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient administrative operation of our service workshop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact, professionally handling all walk-in customers, phone calls, emails, and service inquiries.
  • Manage workshop administrative processes, including preparing job cards, delivery orders, invoices, receipts, and daily sales reports.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including filing, document management for audits, scheduling meetings, and ordering office supplies.
  • Process financial transactions such as petty cash claims, staff reimbursements, and track outstanding payments.
  • Prepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly reports, including performance reports, OT claims, and customer feedback summaries for management.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, update purchase orders, and assist with monthly stocktaking and finance-related documentation.
  • Provide guidance to junior administrative staff and collaborate with the Insurance Claims team as needed.
  • Proactively follow up on customer feedback and propose initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role. Experience in the automotive industry is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail, especially when handling invoices, reports, and schedules.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
