You will have the opportunity to manage full-spectrum accounting functions, work closely with management, and contribute directly to the financial strength of a growing company. We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Accounts Executive to manage a wide range of financial and accounting duties. You will be responsible for handling daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and supporting compliance with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands‑on accounting experience, and a sharp eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.

  • Record and document financial transactions accurately.

  • Analyze accounting options and recommend appropriate financial actions.

  • Prepare balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial reports to summarize current financial status.

  • Verify and substantiate financial transactions through audit checks and document review.

  • Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.

  • Guide and support accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and addressing queries.

  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by analyzing and correcting account information.

  • Secure financial data by performing scheduled database backups.

  • Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile daily transactions.

  • Produce error‑free accounting reports and present financial insights to management.

  • Analyze financial information and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Offer technical support and accounting advice to management where necessary.

  • Review and recommend enhancements to accounting systems and procedures (GAAP compliance).

  • Participate in financial standard‑setting and forecasting processes.

  • Contribute inputs to departmental goal‑setting and financial planning.

  • Prepare financial statements and budgets in accordance with deadlines.

  • Support internal and external audits to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Plan, assign, and review work performed by accounting staff.

  • Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes.

  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Update the General Manager/Director on work status, issues, or concerns promptly.

Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and GAAP.

  • Experience in preparing financial statements and reports.

  • Strong understanding of general ledger functions and month‑end/year‑end close processes.

  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar).

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).

  • High accuracy, attention to detail, and numerical aptitude.

  • Ability to analyze financial data and provide sound recommendations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (master’s degree is a plus).

  • Ability to research and interpret accounting issues and standards.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and work independently.
