Job summary
A HR and recruitment firm is seeking a Business Development Executive in Singapore with a hybrid work arrangement. The role involves identifying opportunities, preparing proposals, and supporting recruitment processes. Ideal candidates are proactive and adaptable, with a keen interest in business growth within the HR sector. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $2800 to $3500, with working hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Interest in HR sector business development.
- Experience in recruitment or sales support is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals and presentations for clients.
- Conduct market research on potential clients.
- Support recruitment processes including sourcing candidates.
- Coordinate with clients on staffing requirements.
Skills
Basic Salary: $2800 - $3500 (subjected to work experience)
- Identify and follow up new business opportunities in various sectors.
- Prepare proposals, quotation, and presentations for prospective clients.
- Conduct market research on potential clients and market trends.
- Support recruitment and work pass processes, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and application assistance.
- Coordinate with clients on their staffing requirements.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations.
- Work closely with internal teams to support smooth execution of recruitment and business development activities.
- Provide general administrative support to the Executive Director, such as preparing meeting notes and managing follow-ups.
- Help with internal meetings and company activities.
- Handle documents and information with discretion.
- Keen interest in driving business growth within the HR sector.
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales support, or administrative support is advantageous.
- Strong business acumen and sales driven.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with Singapore manpower and employment regulations is a plus.
9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
