Marine Logistics & Agency Executive (3PL)

Our client, a logistics service provider is seeking for a Marine Logistics /Agency Executive to support marine logistics and vessel agency operations for a 3PL environment. The role involves coordinating shipspares shipments, vessel calls, port services, and offshore support activities to ensure smooth and compliant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Arrange ship spares shipments (air, sea, shore-to-ship delivery).
• Liaise with vessel owners, operators, charterers, and masters.
• Coordinate with supply boat and launch service vendors.
• Support vessel agency operations, including port clearance and sailing arrangements.
• Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for marine cargo handling.
• Arrange and monitor bunkering operations.
• Manage crew sign-in / sign-out and port access arrangements.
• Prepare and check marine documents (SOF, DA, manifests, operational reports).
• Track and process port disbursement accounts (PDA) and operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with port regulations, HSE requirements, and client SOPs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in marine logistics, ship agency, or 3PL operations.
• Experience in ship spares handling and vessel agency preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore port procedures and marine documentation.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to support after-hours or weekend operations when required.
