A leading international company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Executive for a 5-month temporary contract starting in November. The role involves GL postings, bank reconciliations, and managing accounts receivables and payables. Ideal candidates should have a Diploma in Finance or Accounting, 2 years of experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This position is suitable for those seeking short-term assignments and looking to contribute immediately.
Qualificações
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Responsabilidades
- Perform GL posting for receivables and payables.
- Prepare and offset AR & AP vouchers.
- Handle bank reconciliations and cash flow updates.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented Finance Executive to join us on a 5 months temporary contract, starting November. This role is ideal for individuals who are available for short‑term assignments and can contribute immediately in a fast‑paced environment.
- Perform GL posting for all receivables and payables
- Prepare and offset AR & AP vouchers
- Handle bank reconciliations and daily bank statement updates
- Update daily cash flow
- Prepare remittances for all payments
- Monitor monthly AR aging and follow up on outstanding receivables
- Manage inter‑company AR & AP settlements
- Generate FX gain/loss reports
- Ensure timely month‑end closing
- Assist in ad‑hoc tasks related to Finance & Accounts
- Diploma in Finance or Accounting
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- Experience with JD Edwards Accounting System is an advantage
- Willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently
- 4 months (Temporary position)
