Job summary
A leading cleaning service provider in Singapore is seeking an Area Cleaning Supervisor to oversee multiple teams. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, managing staff shifts, and training new employees. The ideal candidate must have valid Class 3 driving license and preferably hold a Cleaning Supervision Certificate. Competitive salary of $3000-$4000 offered.
Qualifications
- Valid Class 3 driving license required.
- Prior experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supervise multiple teams of cleaners for various projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleaning quality.
- Schedule staff shifts and manage manpower deployment.
- Train new cleaning staff to adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
Skills
Education
Working day : Mon- Friday 7am to 5pm with 2 break, Saturday 7 - 12pm with 1 break (5.5days)
Working Location : Islandwide
Salary : $3000-$4000
- Supervising multiple team of cleaners for different projects
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure cleaning quality meets client expectations
- Schedule staff shifts and manage manpower deployment
- Provide guidance and coaching of new team members
- Train new cleaning staff and ensure adherence to safety and hygiene standards
- Address client feedback and resolve operational issues promptly
- Submit reports and updates to management
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving license (company vehicle provided)
- Preferably with WSQ Cleaning Supervision Certificate or equivalent
- Prior experience in a supervisory role
