Cleaning Supervisor jobs in Singapore

As a Cleaning Supervisor at NATIONWELL SERVICES PTE LTD, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient and effective cleaning operations for our clients within the Yew Tee/Choa Chu Kang West Region. This full-time position will see you leading a team of cleaners, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction are consistently delivered.

1. Supervising and coordinating a team of cleaners to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to a high standard
2. Conducting regular inspections to monitor the quality of cleaning and identifying areas for improvement
3. Providing training and guidance to the cleaning team to continuously develop their skills
4. Liaising with clients to understand their specific cleaning requirements and expectations
5. Maintaining detailed records of cleaning activities and inventory
6. Troubleshooting and resolving any cleaning-related issues that may arise
7. Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar cleaning supervisory role
2. Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
3. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness
4. Effective communication and customer service skills
5. Proficient in the use of cleaning equipment and material

• 5 days Work Week (Monday to Friday)

• 7am to 4:00pm
