Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Partnerships, Sales, and Business Development for our client, a premier luxury brand synonymous with exquisite experiences and unparalleled hospitality. The ideal candidate will lead the charge in forging strategic partnerships, driving sales initiatives, and expanding the brand's presence globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to identify and establish collaborations with luxury brands, travel agencies, concierge services, and other key stakeholders.
- Lead the sales team in driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts, including identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and industry influencers to drive brand awareness and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing collateral, promotional campaigns, and sales materials to support business development efforts.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the luxury hospitality sector.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative hospitality concepts and experiences that align with the brand's values and ethos.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to showcase their offerings and build strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, and partnership management, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the luxury travel, hospitality, and lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach to business development.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for luxury hospitality and a deep understanding of the nuances of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
