A recruitment firm in Singapore seeks a Sales and Business Development Executive to enhance customer relationships and achieve sales targets. The role requires an outgoing and motivated professional with at least 2 years of sales or engineering experience. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, engaging with decision-makers, and coordinating with internal teams. Location: East Area (5 minutes walk from Tai Seng MRT)
Working Hours: 5Days Work Week, Monday to Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)

Job Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for a driven Sales and Business Development Executive to grow their customer base in Singapore and the region, focusing on OEMs, EMS/CEMs, and end-user accounts, while consistently achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through cold calls, emails, proposals, and face-to-face meetings.
Stakeholder Engagement: Engage effectively with decision-makers and influencers within customer organisations.
Operational Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to resolve operational matters and ensure a smooth, efficient sales experience for customers.
Requirements:
Outgoing, confident, and positive professional able to perform under pressure.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, with 2+ years of sales or engineering experience.
Willing to travel locally and overseas, flexible start, with industry connections and vehicle access advantageous.
