A recruitment services company in Singapore seeks a Human Resource Executive (Recruitment) to manage the full cycle of recruitment processes, develop candidate pipelines, and implement recruitment strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least a GCE O Level and preferred experience in recruitment. This role offers a salary range of $2000 to $3000.

Overview
Human Resource Executive (Recruitment) – Jurong East - 5 day week - Singaporeans only
Responsibilities
Manage full cycle of the recruitment process
Develop an effective candidate pipeline
Identify sourcing channels and strategies through internal/external job portals, staff referrals, social media, recruitment vendors, etc
Posting of jobs on different platforms
Support the manager in implementing recruitment strategies
Perform reference check
Manage coordination of recruitment events
Maintain manpower/headcount data report and recruitment status report
New staff on-boarding activities such as issuance of staff passes, access card, uniforms, etc.
Other ad hoc recruitment admin duties and tasks assigned
Manage projects / support HR & Operations team
Requirements
