A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to handle various administrative functions. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and a diploma in HR or a business-related field. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be organized, with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with the Infotech HR system is an advantage.
Qualifications
- Min. 5 years of relevant experience required.
- Experience in handling HR-related tasks and responsibilities.
- Familiar with documentation processes (ISO/GMP) preferred.
Responsabilités
- Handle phone calls, filing, mailing, and courier arrangements.
- Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related purchases.
- Coordinate training, health checks, and company events.
- Liaise with vendors and handle equipment servicing or renewals.
- Support ISO/GMP documentation and take meeting minutes.
