  • Warmly welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
  • Provide information on hotel facilities, services, and promotions.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Manage room reservations through phone, email, and booking platforms.
  • Verify booking details, room availability, and payment methods.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and process payments or invoices.
  • Prepare daily cashiering and shift reports accurately.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for guest needs.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and service standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.
Job description

Details :

  • 5 days work week (including weekend and PH)
  • 8.00am to 6.00pm OR 1.30pm to 11.30pm
