A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Admin Assistant for a 12-month renewable/convertible contract. Responsibilities include processing shipping orders, supporting project management with documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Admin Assistant (12 Months Contract) - Renewable/Convertible
Location: Jurong East
Working hours: Mon- Fri (8.30am - 5.30pm)
Job Scope:
Process shipping orders promptly upon receipt.
Support the project manager by updating contract listings, checklists, generating reports, and organizing files through scanning and sorting.
Ensure accurate completion of documentation and system updates.
Prepare necessary documents in line with country regulations and client specifications.
Finalize the distribution checklist as per project guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma / Higher Nitec
Computer Literacy
