Key Responsibilities
· Provide support to business users for core business applications (eg. ERP, Membership System, Point of Sales etc), troubleshooting application issues and escalating to internal IT Team or external vendor as required
· Monitor system performance and user-reported issues to identify recurring problems or areas for improvement.
· Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements for IT applications (eg. functional requirements, user stories, process flows) and document them into functional specification documents.
· Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement through automation and system enhancements
· Collaborate with end users to define use cases, workflows and business rules
· Illustrate design ideas and business processes using storyboards, process flows and wireframes
· Work with application vendors to ensure system changes, enhancements, and integrations align with business needs
· Assist in planning, coordinating and executing system changes, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
· Prepare test scenarios and test scripts for UAT
· Conduct user training and create user guides/manuals to improve system adoption
· Perform any additional duties and manage IT applications related projects as assigned.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent
· Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Applications Support, IT Business Analysis or related roles
· Experience with ERP/Accounting Systems, Point of Sale (POS), or membership systems is an advantage.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
· Adaptable to change and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
· Excellent time management skills, with an ability to operate under pressure and be deadline driven
· Familiarity with core business processes (e.g. F&B Operations, Procurement, Finance) or knowledge / working experience with UI/UX design / wireframing tools would be an added advantage
