A leading staffing agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to handle various administrative functions. The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience and a diploma in HR or a business-related field. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be organized, with the ability to work independently. Familiarity with the Infotech HR system is an advantage.
Handle phone calls, filing, mailing, and courier arrangements
Maintain staff attendance, leave records, and employee data
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and HR-related purchases
Coordinate training, health checks, and company events
Liaise with vendors and handle equipment servicing or renewals
Support ISO/GMP documentation and take meeting minutes
Perform other admin or HR duties as needed
Diploma in HR or Business-related field
Min. 5 years of relevant experience
Familiar with Infotech HR system (advantage)
Good communication skills, organized & able to work independently
