Responsibilities

• Venue furnishing and altar setup for Dharma assemblies and Buddhist ceremonies, as well as safe keep of furnishing supplies.
• Liaise with Venerable for venue inspection, scripture preparation, and reporting to superiors for assistance, where necessary.
• Procurement and arrangement of offerings for Buddha’s birthday; maintaining the purity and solemnity of the Lodge.
• Placement of memorial tablets for Dharma assemblies, venue support during ceremonies, and inspection of offerings such as fruits and flowers on the altar/tables.
• Ensuring the etiquette, order, and rehearsals for Buddhist ceremonial events, and overseeing the smooth execution of the activities.
• Perform all other duties assigned by the management.

Entry Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline
• At least 3 years of related working experience
• An eye for detail and be able to work independently and adapt to changes
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Able to commence work immediately is preferred
