Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process sales and equipment repair service orders.
• Prepare quotations, purchase order, delivery order, and reports.
• Track and monitor orders, deliveries, and service jobs.
• Serve as a key contact for customers and distributors on order and service status.
• Handle warranty and repair documentation.
• Work with the logistics team on shipments, packing lists, and delivery arrangements.
