Work you will do

Deloitte’s offering leverage insight-driven strategies and advanced technology solutions to energize sales and service operations for digitally powered growth and enhance your customer relationships with immersive experiences powered by leading digital arts.   • Technical Business Analysis
  • Engage with client stakeholders to gather, analyze and validate business and technical requirements
  • Develop user personas, journey maps and use cases to drive deep understand to end-user needs
  • Design and optimize business processes and workflows in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Translate user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements into clear actionable items for Agile teams
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops, discovery sessions and design thinking activities
  • Advocate user-centric design principles throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct impact assessments on process changes to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand system architecture, integrations and data flows
  • Participate in solution design discussions to ensure technical and business alignment
  • Interpret technical documents and provide clarifications to stakeholders when necessary
  • Agile Delivery Support
  • Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners and development teams to deliver iterative value
  • Coordinate multi-team dependencies and ensure effective sprint planning, backlog grooming and retrospectives
  • Monitor delivery progress, identify risks and blockers and proactively manage resolution
  • Project reporting, resource allocation tracking and risk and issue management
  • Maintain delivery documentation, including RAID logs, dashboards and roadmaps
  • Ensure adherence to client governance standards and continuous improvement of delivery process

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science or related field
  • Agile or BA or Scrum Master certifications (e.g. CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar)
  • 5+ years experience as a Technical Business Analyst, ideally in a consulting or client-facing Agile environment
  • Proven expertise in process design, persona development and user experience analysis
  • Experience capturing and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Proven ability to work with developers, testers and product owners to support solution delivery
  • Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum methodologies with hands-on experience using tools like JIRA, Confluence and Miro
  • Excellent facilitation and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in creating detailed user stories, acceptance criteria and process documentation
  • Expert in backlog management techniques
  • Experience in defining sprint goals, breakdown user stories and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Solid grasp of software development lifecycle, system architecture, APIs, data models and integration patterns
  • Knowledge of data analysis tools or SQL would be an advantage.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and BPMN modelling tools
  • Understanding of system architecture, APIs and data flows is a plus
