  • Maintain and update lead and patient records.
  • Engage with leads and existing patients through personalized follow-ups.

POSITION TITLE: CUSTOMER CARE & SALES EXECUTIVE

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME POSITION

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic individual to join our team remotely as a Customer Care and Sales Executive. This role is key to ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for both prospective and existing patients—from initial inquiry through ongoing therapy engagement—while supporting our scheduling and revenue goals.

Responsibilities
  • Multi-Channel Communication: Review and respond to all inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, email, Facebook, and Instagram, providing clear and compassionate guidance.
  • Consultation Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule new patient consultations promptly to ensure timely access to services.
  • Daily Booking Targets: Manage patient bookings to meet daily revenue goals and minimize scheduling gaps.
  • Session Follow-Up: Track missed sessions and proactively reschedule to maintain continuity of care.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update lead and patient records, including intake forms, progress notes, and therapy schedules.
  • Patient & Lead Marketing: Engage with leads and existing patients through personalized follow-ups, reminders, and promotional messages to encourage bookings and program participation.
  • Sales Support: Convert inquiries into consultations by assessing needs, recommending suitable programs, and guiding families through the intake and registration process.
  • Policy & Package Communication: Clearly explain fees, packages, and policies to uphold transparency and service value.
  • Timely Follow-Up: Ensure prompt and professional communication, including handling urgent matters outside standard hours when necessary.
