Job summary
A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Manager, Spare Parts Sales to drive sales growth and manage inventory. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing and 8-10 years of experience in parts sales within the automotive or heavy equipment industries. This role involves strategic planning, customer engagement, and inventory management to enhance profitability.
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of proven experience in parts sales and inventory management within automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial parts industries.
- Experience in automotive dealerships, heavy equipment, or distribution network is required.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement sales and business plans to drive revenue and profitability.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
- Oversee global inventory to ensure availability and meet delivery commitments.

- Formulate and implement sales and business plans to drive revenue and profitability.
- Monitor, track, and review sales performance, taking corrective actions where necessary.
- Lead sales initiatives in coordination with the team to expand aftermarket parts revenue.
Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
- Strengthen competitiveness and grow market share in parts sales.
- Address customer complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Aftersales & Service Integration and Refurbishment Business
- Systemize tracking of new equipment service schedules to proactively target customers.
- Develop service-related parts sales opportunities to maximize lifecycle revenue.
Inventory Management
- Oversee global inventory to ensure availability and meet delivery commitments.
- Establish stock level and replenishment procedures to optimize lead times.
- Proactively manage inventory to minimize surplus and avoid obsolescence.
- Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
- 8-10 years of proven experience in Parts Sales and Inventory Management within automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial parts industries
- Experience in automotive dealerships, heavy equipment or distribution network is required for this role.
