Job summary
A leading consulting firm seeks customer service representatives to work at Changi Airport. The role involves providing assistance to passengers during check-in and boarding, ensuring smooth experiences. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in customer-facing roles and be ready to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Competitive salary up to $2,500 with additional benefits like a sign-on bonus and annual leave is offered.

- Prior experience in airport or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Able to work 6-day weeks on rotating shifts (24/7), including weekends and Public Holiday.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional service to passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas.
- Assist with check-in, seat arrangements, boarding passes, and baggage enquiries.
- Guide passengers on flight details, gate information, and airport facilities.
- Support passengers needing special assistance (e.g. elderly, children, VIPs).
- Verify travel documents and follow airline and immigration rules.
- Work closely with airline and airport teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Handle lost baggage or passenger feedback promptly and politely.
Skills
- Salary Up to $2,500
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- Shift Allowance: $240
- 6 days per week (Rotating Shifts)
- Changi Airport
