We are seeking a Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in Salesforce.com to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT solution architecture, technical leadership, and agile development methodologies. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce-based solutions to meet our clients' business needs. You will also provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions. This is a full‑time position with one vacancy.
- Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and knowledge‑sharing environment.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure the quality, security, and scalability of Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems and data sources.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the latest Salesforce technologies and trends and proactively identify opportunities to improve our development practices.
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and training materials.
- Utilise SHIP‑HATS platform, example, using GitLab for version control and deployment.
- A minimum of a Diploma, with at least five (5) years of IT Solution Architect cum Technical Lead experience.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in multiple types of Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, etc.).
- Experience in supporting Government Projects will be an added advantage.
- Certification in Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II and Salesforce Integration Architect is strongly preferred.
- Experience in Mulesoft, AWS, Odaseva, APEX coding and DevOps will be an advantage.
- Certification in Platform App Builder, Mulesoft Developer I, Mulesoft Developer II, Mulesoft Architect certification will be an added advantage.
