A logistics and inventory management company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a role focused on managing inventory levels, coordinating shipments, and handling administrative tasks. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory accuracy, preparing sales documentation, and conducting audits. Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Issuing of sales quotations and invoices to customers.
- Coordinate all shipments with freight forwarders.
- Prepare and update statutes of sales quotations.
- Maintain proper serial number records of all stocks sold.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of inventory transactions.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory records.
- Issuing of sales quotations and invoices to customers, and all other necessary documentation.
- Coordinate all shipments with freight forwarders and the preparation of documentation to ensure timely deliveries and compliance.
- Prepare and update statutes of sales quotations, invoices, and shipments for reporting purposes.
- Coordinate and maintain a proper record of all consignment items with distributors.
- Coordinate all administrative matters for trade shows and other events.
- Maintain proper serial number records of all stocks sold.
- Preparation of an application for grants when they arise.
- Arrangement of internships.
- Coordination with building management and office utilities.
- All other general admin duties - ordering of items like t-shirts, printing of brochures, stationery, etc.
- All other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
