The CEO will lead VTL’s evolution from a lean operation into a structured, growth-oriented enterprise. The ideal candidate will have the vision and execution capability to build teams, diversify trading activities, and establish VTL as a credible regional player in materials trading, sports infrastructure, and artificial grass surface solutions.

• Define and implement VTL’s strategic roadmap for growth and diversification.
• Build the organization’s structure, culture, and operational systems.
• Drive regional expansion across Asia and develop new revenue lines.
• Establish partnerships and business development pipelines in trading and sports infrastructure.
• Develop investor confidence and corporate governance suitable for potential IPO.
• Oversee all commercial, operational, and financial aspects of the business.

• Proven leadership in trading, distribution, or construction-related sectors.
• Entrepreneurial, hands-on leader able to build from the ground up.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen; comfortable managing P&L.
• Track record in regional market development (Asia experience preferred).
